Our Story
RIVERS was born in Montréal out of the vision of an Italian-Canadian who lived, was formed and served God in Italy. It began in NDG with a simple conviction: people can belong before they believe.
From that table came the After Party, a strong commitment to the arts, and a community from many cultures. Today RIVERS is one church family in many cities: Montréal, with Milano and Cape Town coming soon.
Pastors Zo & Michelle Della Foresta
Pastor Zo is the Founder and Lead Pastor of RIVERS. He and Michelle have two children. Zo studied theology in Rome, Montréal and Massachusetts, holds a Master's degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and is an accredited Pro Sports Chaplain and Life & Mindset Coach.
Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.
Today RIVERS is growing into a family of churches: Montreal, with Milano and Cape Town coming soon. Pastors Zo and Michelle remain passionate about building the local church, discipling leaders and helping people live out their God-given calling.
Our Vision
One Source: Jesus, the living water. Many RIVERS: campuses in different cities and languages that share one DNA. One Mission: to see people belong, believe, become and build.
